Shipping
We process orders within 1-2 business days and ship within the United States. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it the whole way to your door. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Vida Energy. Since our products are consumable beverages, we can only accept returns on unopened, unexpired items in their original packaging, or on items that arrive damaged or defective. If that happens, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery at drinkvidabeverages@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or hasn't shown up within the expected delivery window, contact us with a photo (if applicable) and your order number and we'll get a replacement or refund out to you quickly.
